The serial parts produced and supplied by us are intended mainly for the automotive industry.
A special group is products of molded and injected rubber for medical purposes.
In the past, we support our customers in area of EPS moldings, especially for sports equipment.
Our tooling equipment can also be used for the production of smaller series of machined metal parts, these are mainly frequently worn components of assembly machines and accessories for prototype assemblies.
We have the necessary technological and quality facilities for production, at the same time we cooperate with local proven suppliers with stable quality.
Prototypes
These are parts of prototype assembly kits for cars, which we deliver in a short time and at interesting price conditions.
We have experience with plastic, rubber, and metal prototypes and we can also offer less common technical solutions for prototypes, such as injection molding of metal or plastic inserts.
Small and starting series
Especially in the case that the production of a new mold runs in a short period, we support our customers in the area of “zero” and first series. Production batches for the production ramp-up go out before or together with the mold so that the SOP at the client goes ahead smoothly and without haste.
