At CHEENG Industrial, we design and manufacture injection molds of all types — from prototype and low-volume tools to high-performance production molds with a guaranteed lifetime of up to 1 million shots. Each mold is engineered for precision, stability, and long-term reliability.

We use only materials and components that comply with recognized international standards, ensuring interchangeability, serviceability, and consistent quality.
The most commonly applied standards in our toolshop include the German HASCO standard, German STRACK standard, German EOC standard, British DMS standard, US DME European (metric) standard, French ROUBARDIN standard, and Austrian MEUSBURGER standard — with HASCO being the most widely adopted.

All steel is sourced from LKM or certified imported suppliers, guaranteeing consistent hardness, strength, and dimensional accuracy.

Our molds can be equipped with hot runner systems from YUDO or Mold-Masters, or other systems as agreed with the client. For prototyping, we also produce steel or aluminum molds, optimized for sampling, testing, and fast validation.

Every mold is tested on injection molding machines built to Western standards, ensuring full compatibility and performance in customer production lines.

In addition to plastic injection molds, we also manufacture zinc die-casting molds, expanding our production capabilities across multiple materials and processes.
