At Cheeng Industrial, our in-house capabilities cover the complete lifecycle of injection mold production — from product design support and DFM analysis to CNC machining, EDM, polishing, assembly, and full testing. With modern equipment and ISO-certified processes, we deliver molds and molded parts that meet the highest industrial standards.
We act as a long-term manufacturing partner for customers who require precise, reliable, and competitively priced tooling. Whether it’s prototype molds, multi-cavity production tools, or complex overmolding solutions, our experienced engineering team ensures smooth communication, consistent quality, and on-time delivery for every project.
Our tooling workshop is equipped with advanced high-speed CNC centers, wire-cut and EDM machines, precision grinders, and polishing units. We routinely achieve dimensional tolerances down to ±0.02 mm and surface finishes up to Ra 0.2 μm. Depending on project requirements, we work with a wide range of steels and materials, including 1.2344 / H13, 1.2311, S136, 718, NAK80, and other certified grades from European and Japanese suppliers.
We also offer full mold testing and sampling using injection machines from 80 T to 800 T, ensuring that every mold is validated under real production conditions before shipment. Combined with our flexible logistics and European technical support, Cheeng Industrial provides a seamless bridge between Chinese manufacturing efficiency and European quality expectations.
From Quotation to Delivery — Our Standard Process
1. Quotation & Feasibility Review
Each project begins with a detailed quotation based on 3D data, part requirements, and expected volumes. Our engineers review feasibility and propose optimal mold concepts for cost and performance.
2. Data Approval & Design
After receiving your approval, we finalize mold design (2D/3D) including DFM, cooling layout, and mold flow if required. Full design data is shared for validation before machining begins.

3. Tool Manufacturing
Mold components are machined using high-speed CNC, EDM, and precision grinding. Every step is tracked and inspected according to ISO 9001 standards to ensure dimensional accuracy.

4. Sampling & Validation
Once the mold is assembled, we perform trial runs on injection machines ranging from 80 T – 800 T. Dimensional reports, photos, and sample parts are provided for your evaluation.
5. Shipment & Logistics
After sample approval, molds are prepared for export with full documentation and protective packaging. We manage global logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. After-Sales Support
Our service doesn’t end with shipment. We provide technical support during mold start-up, adjustments, and future maintenance, ensuring long-term performance and customer satisfaction.
