At CHEENG Industrial, we provide complete mold design and technical support based on customer-supplied data. Our team routinely works with both 2D drawings and 3D models in all common file formats, ensuring seamless data exchange and precise interpretation of customer requirements.
We treat all confidential information with care, whether or not an NDA is in place, and always protect our clients’ business and intellectual property.
Our engineers prepare the complete mold design in 2D and 3D, including full DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, Moldflow simulation, and CAD design of the mold structure. The design work is performed by our experienced engineers in China, which allows us to shorten lead times and ensure fast communication — while fully complying with European tooling standards. When necessary, our Chinese team consults with our Czech-based engineer for projects requiring specific local expertise or customer preferences.
We routinely provide recommendations for part design optimization, and, with customer approval, we can directly implement minor adjustments to the supplied 3D data to ensure manufacturability, material flow, and proper demolding.
In addition to design, we offer external 3D scanning and reverse engineering services for existing components or molds, available as an independent service upon request.
Our technical support continues beyond mold delivery — we provide aftersales assistance through the supply of replacement and modified mold components, as well as custom-made checking fixtures for quality control of molded parts.
