Rubber and silicone parts are supplied through our long-term partner companies, using CHEENG Industrial molds and engineering supervision.
1. Functional Plastic Parts
High-precision components for automotive and industrial applications. Produced with tight tolerances and consistent dimensional stability.
Typical materials: PA6, PA66, POM, PC, ABS, PP.
Precision connector housing, PA66 GF30, for automotive application.
Functional bracket, POM, produced with tight tolerance ±0.02 mm.
Sensor housing with insert-molded metal contact, black PC/ABS.
Structural part, PP GF20, suitable for mechanical assembly.
2. Aesthetic & Surface Parts
Visible components with high-gloss or textured surfaces. Molded using polished cavities or defined surface structures. Suitable for interior and decorative applications.
Plastic component with brass threaded inserts, PA66 GF30.
Overmolded metal connector, double-shot molding with TPE.
Hybrid part – plastic body overmolded with soft elastomer.
Insert-molded terminal block, precision positioning of metal parts.
3. Insert and Overmolded Parts, Metallic parts
Plastic components incorporating metal inserts, threaded bushings, or overmolded plastics and rubbers. Combining materials improves strength and functionality.
Interior trim component with high-gloss surface, PC/ABS.
Decorative panel with defined texture, grained cavity finish.
Visible plastic cover, polished mold cavity, color-matched masterbatch.
Surface part with micro-texture pattern, laser-engraved mold surface.
Parts made of Stainless steel, aluminum, copper, including surface treatment (stamping and CNC machining).
4. Rubber and Silicone Components
EPDM and silicone parts produced by long-term partner manufacturers using CHEENG Industrial molds and specifications. Applications include sealing, damping, and flexible connections.

Silicone sleeve for vibration damping, injection molded.
Rubber plug for automotive sealing system, compression molding.

2010
From this year we are operating as an independent company.
The production is located in Dongguan, in a small family-based toolshop. We are gradually modernizing equipment and gaining the trust of foreign, as well as local customers.
2012
Cheeng enters the overseas market as a manufacturer of parts and molds, mainly for the European automotive industry, home appliances and medical devices.
2019
Start of our partnership with a European representative company.
Production is moved to Shenzhen and we are constantly expanding our portfolio of products and services, according to the requirements of our clients.
2025
After 15 years on the market, we continue our efforts to fulfill the ideas and requirements of our customers to their satisfaction and successful projects.
